Things to Do: Red Rock State Park

Red Rock State Park

Red Rock State Park is located in the village of Oak Creek with 286 acres of nature preserve located 10 miles from the intersection of routes 89A and 179. It can take about 2 hours to half a day hiking these towering rock giants and offers more than 100 different trials. In addition, it requires a Red Rock Pass which is $5 per day or $15 per week and all proceeds go towards protecting the park. Before entering this trail, The Hike House is close by that specializes in hiking gear and healthy to go treats. Furthermore, it’s not the easiest trail to hike, but it is completely worth it because of several Native American ruins and cave paintings. Also check out other Things To Do in Sedona on our website
